I was born and raised on a small farm here in Central Iowa. I take pride in where I have come from, like many of you do as well. I have more than 19 years of appliance experience. I am Certified Appliance Technician for most major brands. With up to date training on the newest appliances on the market, as well as years of experience to guide you with your older appliances.

We value your time. We will call or text you by 9am with your time frame. And we will follow up that during the day to also let you know we are on our way. Another way we will value your time is by striving to bring the necessary parts with us on the first visit. Which is why it is so important to get the model and serial number with a good description of the problem. You can also take a picture of the model tag and email or text us. That way we get you fixed up the first time, so you can use your valuable time elsewhere. If you don’t feel like calling in, our online scheduling is very convenient and easy.
