Levi is very responsive - each time I've requested an appointment, he has responded within 24 hours.
Levi is quick & efficient at his work. He has repaired a dryer and a garbage disposal for me. The disposal had to be replaced, but Levi had the tools/supplies to do the replacement the same day.
I had a leak after the disposal was installed and Levi came out right away when I notified him - he stands behind his work & completed the fix under his guarantee.

Levi repaired my dishwasher and clothes washing machine over the last 2 years, and I could not recommend him more highly.  He was appropriately communicative, transparent in pricing, and respectful of my time and property.

When he accidentally and superficially scratched my wood floor due to an unseen screw under the dishwasher (installer error, not his fault), I told him it was not a big deal. Jon, the service technician came to our home to fix a part in our washing machine. Not only was he polite but he talked us through what he was repairing and even shared his expertise on what are long standing brands in appliances after asking him questions about them. Levi was recommended to me and I could not be happier with the service we received. I needed to replace the door gasket on my Samsung front load washer and he also unclogged the icemaker line on our fridge. He showed up on time, did a great job and the cost was reasonable. My 2 year old washer was going off balance during the spin cycle. I called and made an appointment and four days later after parts were ordered Levi came and fixed my washer for almost half the price I was quoted by another repair company.
